(a)	Companies including bodies Corporate and other Concerns whose principal offices are in the State of Karnataka, with paid-up capital / Own capital of not less than Rs 10 Lakhs but not exceeding Rs. 25 Lakhs	Rs. 5,200 p.a
	Over Rs. 25 Lakhs but not exceeding Rs. 50 Lakhs	Rs. 6,200 p.a
	Over Rs. 50 Lakhs but not exceeding Rs. 1 Crore	Rs. 8,600 p.a
	Over Rs. 1 Crore but not exceeding Rs. 5 Crore	Rs. 11,000 p.a
	Above Rs. 5 Crore	Rs. 16,000 p.a
(b)	(I) Professional Firms	Rs. 3,750 p.a
	(II) Branches or subordinate offices of companies or other concerns engaged in the industrial activates (not being industrial services) in Karnataka State, whose principal or other offices located outside Karnataka	Rs. 5,000 p.a
	(III) Branches or subordinate offices in Karnataka State of companies and other concerns having principal offices outside Karnataka State, but engaged in commercial activates in Karnataka.	Rs. 3,750 p.a
	(IV) Affiliate Members	Rs. 3,750 p.a
