The Facilities includes access to the Chamber's Reference Library which stocks Directories of Foreign Chambers, Industry/Export Directories of Foreign Government Agencies/Authorities, News Journals of Foreign Embassies/High Commission/Consulates, Reports of International Agencies/Institutions like World Bank, IMF, FAO, UNDP, UNIDO, WHO and Asian Development Bank, Annual Reports of the Ministries of the Government of India and the annual budget documents of the Governments of Karnataka and India.
In addition to these, the Chamber also provides various reports published by the State and Central Governments as well as that of Committees constituted by the respective Governments. Compendiums, Handbooks, Manuals and Handbooks on Taxation and Finance, Foreign Exchange Regulation and Exchange Control, Corporate Laws etc. are also accessible to the Industrial and Business Community.
Press and Journal clippings on various sectors, commercial topics, companies and corporate performance supplements are also available as reference material.
Statistical information on macro economic indicators of various countries and the States in India , Sectoral statistical data and information are also available on request.
Publications of Research Institutions like the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, National Council of Applied Economic Research, University Grants Commission; Association of Indian Universities and All India Council for Technical Education can also be accessed.
Notifications of various Ministries regarding policy changes and circulars of various Government Authorities and Agencies are made available to the members on a continuous basis.
Infrastructure facilities like the Board Room of the Chamber are available against payment of appropriate fees for holding Hearings, Meetings and Training Programs |
